Prepping your ears is key to successful ear seeding! Simply use an alcohol wipe to remove the natural oils from your skin and pat your ears dry.
Peel the ear seed carefully from its casing using tweezers. Ensure the sticky part of the ear seed is still intact.
Place the ear seed on the desired pressure point on each ear, using our ear maps for guidance.
Press your ear seeds gently to make sure they stick properly, and push throughout the day for maximum effect. Ear seed both ears – it’s all about balance!
