Ear seeds are a form of auriculotherapy, which is a traditional Chinese medicine practice similar to acupuncture, but without the needles. Instead, tiny seeds are placed on specific points on the outer ear. These tiny natural seeds can be taken from the vaccaria plant and attached to a small square plaster.
In traditional Chinese medicine, the ear is believed to be a microsystem, reflecting the entire body. Each part of the ear corresponds to different organs, systems, and functions. By stimulating these points with vaccaria ear seeds, we aim to promote the flow of "qi" (energy) and help the body heal itself by creating balance within.
